The Lambouri Winery is Cyprus' most exclusive boutique winery. For more than 300 years the Lambouri name stands for excellence and quality. We are commited to the producton of the highest quality of wine.

On 15/09/2006 we celebrated our Grand Re-Opening of our winery. After 5 long years, the Lambouri Winery emerged as the first Luxury Boutique Winery of Cyprus, located in the heart of Kato Platres.

The grand re-opening was led by the Minister of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment, Mr. Fotis Fotiou. Father Porfirios Maheriotis performed the blessing of the winery on the evening of the celebration... As honorary guests, the Lambouri Winery welcomed the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, his Excellency Dr. Rolf Kaiser, and the Consul of the Republic of Hungary, Zoltán Haszonits-Varga, as well as representatives of the Finnish Embassy, the Russian Embassy and the Cyprus Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The re-opening was celebrated with over 200 guests.

For over 300 years, the Lambouris family’s long traditionof wine making, an unbroken drive for perfection, and the joint effort of the Lambouris and Wig – Annenkov families, has made Lambouri Wine a household name for exquisite wines. Our production is limited to 75,000 bottles annually, ensuring the highest quality possible. Therefore, our wines are only available on our premises and in selected restaurants and hotels. The machines for our wine production are revolutionary in Cyprus, with investments made in highly specialized and customized horizontal fermentors, Vinimatic tanks, supplied by Christakis Nicolaou - Winox, Cyprus and Gr. Inox, Greece. These fermentors are used solely for red wines, to warrant the best experience for the nose and pallets.

Our boutique winery has a multifunctional tasting room with over 300 square meters, custom- designed by Anna Annenkova and the renowned Cypriot designer Demetra Panaylotou from Image Interiors. The colour coordination and the bespoke design and implementation of every furniture piece give the visitor the pleasure of unwinding with friends and a good glass of wine. With the state-of-the-art video, audio and multimedia facilities – planned and fitted by M. Antoniou Engineering Ltd. – the winery provides the extraordinary surroundings for corporate and private events.

An additional feature of the Lambouri Winery will be the cultural nurturing of artists, offering them an opportunity to exhibit their art pieces on the premises for a month in the exclusive ambience, gratifying all senses in the Troodos Mountains. The paintings, currently on exhibition until the beginning of October, are by Russian artists, among others works by Mouchin, and Ex-Yugoslavian artist Jovann Njizic, on loan from the private collection of Mr. Panyiotis Papadiopoulos.
